smt 5 weirdness because it's us and we love silly au's

[Suddenly being summoned to Tokyo - or A Tokyo - was nothing new, all things considered. a Singularity would be the easiest guess, and with the way some human faces were blurred and some clearly distinct, it was almost a certainty.

Yet, something was strange. Enough mana in the air to sustain a Servant, and - most obviously of all - no clear Grail or Master having summoned him here. This would have this go from 'just a singularity' to something a bit more...interesting.

Eventually, he'd most certainly find himself embroiled in whatever was going on, but for now? Well, he couldn't say he wasn't enjoying the slight break - even with the few glimpses of strange fairies and phantasmal beasts every so often.

It was the murmurings of strange murders that made him internally realize that, as always, a certain detective would be soon to follow in his footsteps. It was not a matter of if - only when.

But did it have to be this early?

Only a few days after his summoning, Moriarty found himself in a train station - idly staring not at the wide blue tarp set up covering a grisly crime scene, but at a tall, blue-black haired englishman flitting about trying to gather more information about the crime...and the odd fairy at his heels.]

I see you've the habit of picking up strays, Holmes.

[He doesn't yell, but he knows Sherlock will hear him, even in the middle of this crowded place, amidst all the confusion.

He has to.]
